My professional career started shortly after earning my bachelor's in Anthropology at the University of South Florida. Over the course of a decade, I served in management in Customer Service, Claims, and Client Services at two of the nation's leading third party administrators for employee benefits solutions. I found my passion leading and training teams while managing multiple projects and teams remotely. This led me to pursue my degree in education which resulted in the scholarly research that I am using to catapult my clients to success!
